Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Hyperion EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, Financial Reporting, Smart View, and data integration tools such as FDMEE. The role requires close collaboration with Finance and Business teams to deliver budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Hyperion applications including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and HFM.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, load rules, member formulas, and data forms.
• Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates.
• Implement and support data integration processes using FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL tools.
• Perform application migrations, upgrades, patches, and environment refreshes.
• Optimize Essbase cube performance and application scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Manage security, user provisioning, and access controls within Hyperion environments.
• Collaborate with Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documents.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial planning and reporting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion development and support.
• Experience working with Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Reporting teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning.
• Expertise in Hyperion Essbase (BSO/ASO Cubes).
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting (FR) and Smart View.
• Strong knowledge of Calc Scripts, Business Rules, MaxL, and MDX.
• Experience with FDMEE/Data Management and data integration processes.
• Good understanding of Oracle EPM Architecture and Shared Services.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with application migration using Lifecycle Management (LCM).
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud is an added advantage.
