Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules along with solid technical expertise in OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and Workflow customization. The candidate should have hands-on implementation and support experience and must be comfortable transitioning from remote work to onsite engagement in Abu Dhabi after the initial phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Performance Management.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional & technical solutions in Oracle HRMS.
- Configure HRMS modules as per business requirements.
- Develop and customize OAF pages (Personalization and Extension).
- Develop, customize, and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow processes.
- Handle AME configurations and approvals workflow.
- Develop and modify PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and reports as required.
- Work on HRMS APIs, Interfaces, Conversions, and Data Migration.
- Prepare MD050/MD070/Functional & Technical design documents.
- Provide production support and resolve critical HRMS issues.
- Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and deployments.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (R12 preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS.
Mandatory experience in:
- OAF (Oracle Application Framework) Development & Personalization
- Oracle Workflow Development & Customization
Strong knowledge of:
- Core HR
- SSHR
- Payroll
- OTL (Good to have)
- Experience in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.
- Experience with HRMS APIs and Data Migration.
- Knowledge of AME and Approval workflows.
- Good understanding of HR business processes.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Middle East payroll localization.
- Experience in Implementation projects.
- Exposure to performance tuning and optimization.
- Integration experience with third-party systems.
Travel Requirement:
- Candidate will work remotely for the initial 36 months.
- Post that, candidate must be ready to travel and work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
