About the Role

Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project schedules, resources, and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle HCM Payroll modules such as Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, statutory compliance, and system configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

Required Skills

• 7 - 12 Years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Consulting or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Global Implementation) with hands-on experience in at least one module like Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
