Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM UK Payroll Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs for business users and payroll teams. The role focuses on enabling end users to confidently use Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll and ensuring smooth adoption across payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, virtual and hands-on training on Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll
- Design and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference manuals and job aids
- Conduct role-based training for payroll administrators, HR users and support teams
- Explain end-to-end UK payroll processes within Oracle HCM including configuration and operations
- Support clients during UAT, go-live and post-implementation training phases
- Translate functional and technical concepts into simple, user-friendly learning content
- Work closely with implementation, functional and project teams to align training with business processes
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll
- Solid understanding of UK payroll statutory requirements, including:
- PAYE, NI, pensions, statutory payments
- HMRC reporting and submissions
- Experience delivering training for Oracle HCM implementations or rollouts
- Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, processing cycles and troubleshooting
- Ability to prepare structured training content and learning plans
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation, etc.)
- Experience supporting UAT and business readiness activities
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT or a related discipline
- Formal training or facilitation certification is an added advantage
