Fusion HCM Consultant Job Description:

We are looking for a minimum of 4+ years experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with excellent communication & expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent, ORC, Learn, Benefits and OTL

Combination which we are looking: -

1- Core HR, Absence, Payroll

2- Core HR, Talent and ORC

3- Core HR, Learn, Talent

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, ORC, Learn, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk
• Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
• Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
• Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
• Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
