Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (5+ yrs)

Location: (Pune, MH Walk in interview on 9th Nov)

Experience: 5+ years

Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Act as techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Configure and customize HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent).
• Develop reports (OTBI, BIP) and integrations with third-party systems.
• Support data migration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Provide end-user training and production support.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud.
• Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
