Oracle Hcm Technical Consultant with Redwood

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, especially for Redwood-based UI enhancements.
• Build and maintain fast formulas, OTBI/BIP reports, HDL data loads, and HCM Extracts.
• Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and APIs.
• Customize and extend Redwood UI-based pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle JET, and other Redwood tools where applicable.
• Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities for Oracle HCM projects.
• Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases, Redwood design patterns, and security model enhancements.
• Document design specifications, configurations, and user guides for delivered solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and tools:
• Fast Formulas
• HCM Extracts
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• OTBI/BIP Reports
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar
• Working knowledge of Redwood UX concepts and Oracle Visual Builder (or equivalent modern UI frameworks).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and role-based access control.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Redwood-specific extensions (VBS, Redwood Design System).
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) – Technical track.
• Familiarity with Fusion SaaS Data Model and PaaS integration patterns.
• Knowledge of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
