Job Description

  • In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model on Core HR, Absences and OTL modules.
  • Experience with multiple business processes or technology designs within a product or technology family.
  • Good understanding of Core HR, Absences and OTL processes.
  • Expertise in Oracle Data Model and Data flow between various business processes related Core HR, Absences and OTL.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM SQLs.
  • Skilled in reports development such as BIP and OTBI.
  • Processing notification creation using reports.
  • Maintaining detailed technical documents.
  • Experience in Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, Assist in the identification and resolution of complex reports.
  • Agile Methodology of working, Jira Board.
  • In-depth knowledge on HCM Extracts.
  • At least two projects in the modules mentioned above as mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.
  • Expertise in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
  • Operating independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
  • Performing varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Work as a Techno functional consultant on Oracle HCM projects.
  • Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.
  • Developing and configuring detailed solutions for complex projects.
