Key Responsibilities

Design and implement technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Payroll and Time and Labor.

Debug production payroll and Time & Labor issues and provide timely resolutions.

Use HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for data loading, reporting, and extraction.

Collaborate with end-users to ensure technical components meet business requirements.

Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression testing for HCM technical components.

Create complex Fast Formulas to support bespoke client requirements.

Support Payroll and Time and Labor modules with functional and technical expertise.

Ensure high-quality deliverables and resolve technical issues efficiently.
