Experience in enterprise level HRIS implementation, Oracle HCM is preferred.
Experience in HR Technology / HRIS, with at least 8 - 11 years specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud functional design and implementation across multiple modules.
Experience in payroll systems, Redwood, OTBI, Core HR.
Awareness around the principals of lean and streams of waste
Experience in the preparation of business cases that support the approvals for new investments
Exposure to the mining, construction, and /or engineering industries desirable.
