Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle EBS HCM modules along with strong solution architecture capabilities to design scalable, integrated HR transformation solutions aligned with business objectives.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in driving large-scale implementation and transformation initiatives across enterprise HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions across modules including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Compensation
- Recruitment / ORC
- Define solution architecture, process flows, integration frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Ensure alignment with HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Provide guidance on configurations, customizations, and extension strategies
ERP Delivery & Transformation
- Lead Oracle HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement programs
- Drive delivery governance across project lifecycle phases including design, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Ensure successful project execution within scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Support HR transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives
Integration & Enterprise Technology
- Work closely with integration and cloud teams on:
- ERP integrations
- APIs and middleware frameworks
- Cloud infrastructure and platform services
- Ensure seamless integration between HCM, Finance, SCM, and third-party applications
- Support scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise architecture practices
Stakeholder & Leadership Management
- Collaborate with HR leadership, business users, consultants, architects, and technical teams
- Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, architecture reviews, and demos
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions
- Mentor teams and provide strategic guidance across project engagements
Governance & Best Practices
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and design principles
- Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support risk management, estimation, and quality assurance activities
Consulting & Pre-Sales Support
- Support solutioning activities, transformation discussions, and effort estimations
- Participate in proposal preparation, client presentations, and architecture reviews
- Provide strategic inputs for HR digital transformation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting and solution architecture
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle EBS HCM modules
- Experience in large-scale ERP implementations, global rollouts, and transformation programs
- Good understanding of enterprise integrations, middleware, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Exposure to Oracle integration technologies and cloud infrastructure concepts
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, or IT Services preferred
- Experience in digital transformation programs is an added advantage
