Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Duration: Permanent

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid 2 days a week)

Pay Rate: 34LPA to 60 LPA

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Must have 23+ full-cycle implementations
• Expertise in Core HR module
• Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes
• Ability to create functional design documents and troubleshoot issues
• Familiarity with OTBI / BI SQL
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of fast formulas, HCM Extracts
• Experience with Kronos
• Exposure to security configuration and UAT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and support HCM processes, drive implementations, and collaborate with technical teams. Conduct workshops and training for clients.
