Job Description

  • To work in a team on development of Extracts, Reports and Fast formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Responsible for any new development of Extracts, Fast Formulas and reports in HCM Fusion.
  • Review periodic release notes and application patches to coordinate the impact analysis with various functional SMEs and accordingly retrofit impacted reports and interfaces.
  • Able to debug reports or templates used in Interfaces when Batch failure occurs.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues related to Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts on various modules like Core HR, Benefits and Payroll in HCM.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Technical skills, including query writing and execution, data validation and analysis,
  • Any experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas and BI Publisher.
  • Any domain knowledge of HCM Payroll/Compensation/Benefits
  • Understands waterfall software development lifecycle, familiarity with an agile methodology is a plus
