Who are you

Key Skills:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion OTL processes including time entry, time attributes,timecardrules, and approvals.

• Conduct functional workshops, gather business requirements, and map them to Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• Configure time entry profiles, time device integrations, fast formulas, time & labor rules, and supporting setups.

• Work closely with Payroll, Absence, Core HR, and Projects teams to ensure seamless cross-module integration.

• Develop and review functional design documents (FDD), test scripts (SIT/UAT), and training materials.

• Support production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide solutions or workarounds.

• Work with Oracle SR tickets and coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution.

• Provide guidance on best practices, future enhancements, and process optimization.

• Participate in data migration, validation, and cutover activities.

• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements:

• Experience in at least 1 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Fusion OTL.

• Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM modules (preferred).

• 8+ years in overallOTLin Oracle fusion HCM.

• Experience in support, upgrades, and post-production enhancements.

• Expertiseintimeentrylayouts &rules,timecardcalculationrules,timeentryprofiles,timecategories,timeconsumersets,fastformulas (OTL, Absence, Payroll)and approval workflows (BPM)

• Understanding of integrations between OTL andFusion Payroll,Absence Management,Projects / CostingandThird-party time devices

• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and security.

• Ability to write and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.

• Basic SQL skills for data validation and analysis.

• Experience working with BI Publisher and OTBI reports (preferred).

• Experience raising and tracking Oracle SRs.

• Familiarity with HR terminology in US.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.

• History of working independently and mentoring team members for project.

• Willingness to adapt in afast-pacedproject.

• Partner with team resources to achieve results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work with onshore and offshore resources.

• Organized and detail oriented.

• Comfortable leading client calls.

• Comfortable leading training sessions.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree preferred or Equivalent experience
