Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other internal/external systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BIP reports, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP web services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, etc.).
- Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BIP, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather integration requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor integration performance and resolve errors proactively.
- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to data security and privacy standards.
- Support data conversions and batch job scheduling as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Solid understanding of Oracle HCM data model and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Experience with global HCM implementations and multi-country integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience integrating with systems like ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors, or other third-party vendors.
