Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other internal/external systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BIP reports, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP web services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BIP, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather integration requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Configure and support Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor integration performance and resolve errors proactively.
  • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to data security and privacy standards.
  • Support data conversions and batch job scheduling as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
  • Solid understanding of Oracle HCM data model and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
  • Experience with global HCM implementations and multi-country integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience integrating with systems like ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors, or other third-party vendors.
