Role Overview:

As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, specifically in Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation. You will work with clients across industries to ensure smooth transitions and effective use of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and upgrades, with a focus on Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, map business processes, and configure Oracle HCM modules accordingly.
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruitment processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to drive adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Perform system testing, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transition during go-live.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Support clients in the implementation lifecycle, including post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
  • Help clients define new business processes and improve existing workflows using Oracle HCM Cloud features.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and business standards in the HCM processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation).
  • Proven experience working in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and systems, with a deep understanding of Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruitment, and Compensation.
  • Familiarity with integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver training and provide end-user support.
  • A problem-solver with a focus on providing value to clients.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Relevant Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Immediate availability (within 30 days).
