Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) for bulk data uploads, mass updates, and data corrections.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex business rules, validations, eligibility criteria, and calculations.
- Design and develop reports using BI Publisher to support operational, compliance, and analytical reporting needs.
- Build and manage outbound interfaces using HCM Extracts to integrate Oracle HCM with downstream systems.
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Core HR modules including workforce structures, person management, and employment lifecycle events.
- Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) processes such as requisitions, candidate management, offers, and onboarding integrations.
- Troubleshoot data issues and system defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle HCM best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
