Job Description

Role: Oracle HCM functional Consultant (Talent+ Learning + ORC)

Exp: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Bangalore , Chennai, Pune, Noida

Modules: Benefits + Compensation

Note: It's a support project.

Position Overview:

The Talent, Learning & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting modules within Oracle Fusion HCM.

This role ensures effective management of talent lifecycle processes, employee development, and recruitment operations, aligning with business goals and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvement across HCM Talent applications.

Talent Management:

  • End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules.
  • Configure:
  • Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning.
  • Manage talent profiles, competency frameworks, and rating models.
  • Support annual performance cycles, talent assessments, and calibration processes.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement talent strategies and career development frameworks.
  • Configure career development plans and growth pathways.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational talent strategy and workforce planning.

Oracle Learning (OLC) Management:

  • Implement and support Oracle Learning Cloud (Learning module).
  • Configure:
  • Learning Catalog, Courses, Specializations, Learning Assignments, and Learner Experience.
  • Manage training programs, certifications, and compliance learning initiatives.
  • Support learning enrollment, content management, and skill development frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business teams to align learning initiatives with employee development strategies.
  • Support integrations between Learning and Talent profiles and skill frameworks.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC):

  • End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Configure and manage:
  • Job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, job offers and hiring processes.
  • Manage recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to onboarding integration.
  • Configure recruiting structures including:
  • Career sites
  • Approval workflows
  • Candidate selection processes
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to optimize recruiting strategies and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must-Have Skills (Hands-on AMS Support Experience):

  • Proven expertise in handling:
  • Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements, and Configuration changes
  • Strong experience in:
  • Talent Management (Performance / Goals / Succession / Talent Review)
  • Oracle Learning Cloud
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Experience in:
  • End-to-end lifecycle implementation and support across Talent, Learning, and ORC.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Talent lifecycle management
  • Learning & development frameworks
  • Recruitment processes and workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot post-go-live issues and production support activities
  • Experience managing performance cycles, hiring cycles, and learning programs
  • Strong understanding of integration with Core HR and other HCM modules
  • Ability to work with Fast Formulas, workflows, and approvals (basic level awareness)
