- Seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Experts specializing in US Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruitment, Security, and Helpdesk.

- Candidates should have 8–10 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least five end-to-end implementations, including 2 in HCM Cloud.

- Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and optimizing HCM processes across various modules.

- Advising clients on best practices, system usage, compliance, and enhancements.

- Performing payroll accounting, benefits management, security configurations, recruitment workflows, and talent strategies.

- Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues while ensuring seamless integration between modules.

- Strong client-facing experience, communication skills, leadership capabilities, and problem-solving expertise required.

- Ability to mentor teams, provide training, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
