Job Description:

• Worked on the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules with hands-on expertise in at least two of the following:

1. Absence Management

1. Core HR

1. Payroll Compensation

1. Benefits

1. ORC

1. OTL.

• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and solution design workshops with business stakeholders to map requirements to Oracle HCM capabilities.

• Perform advanced configuration and personalization of HCM modules, including flexfields, approval workflows (BPM), and role-based security setups.
