Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Benefits. The role involves driving end-to-end implementations, engaging with clients, and delivering scalable HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Benefit Management modules.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits (Functional) modules, including plan design, eligibility, rates, and life event processing.
- - Design and document functional solutions, configuration workbooks, and process flows for benefits administration in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for benefits-related configurations and enhancements.
- - Support benefits open enrollment cycles, including configuration validation, issue resolution, and post-enrollment analysis.
- - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits in collaboration with technical teams and business users.
- - Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer on Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits functionalities and processes.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Strong understanding of HR and benefits domain processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
