We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Functional Consultant to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion), Absence Management, Core HR, Payroll, and Time amp; Labor, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale global implementations.

Required Experience

6+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience

Minimum 3+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) experience

At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Absence Management implementations

Experience in statutory leave policies and regional localizations (US, UK, GCC, APAC, etc.)

Hands-on experience with Absence Accrual, Duration, Entry Validation amp; Matrix Enrollment Fast Formulas
