About the Role - KGS is looking for experienced and preferably certified candidates with fast formulas experience in Oracle implementations. The candidate would be a part of the Oracle team in the KGS Consulting practice.

The role requires sound technical experience, basic functional knowledge as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as the candidate will be taking responsibility for customer engagements involving fast formulas development.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the formula functional requirements and write specification documents for module specific fast formulas.
• Collaborate with the other project team members such as functional consultants to understand the impact of configurations on fast formula needs.
• Troubleshoot fast formula issues and provide resolution, configuration changes recommendations.
• Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for functional testing of the components.
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve issues.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
• Create reusable components to reduce time and effort on future engagements.

Required Skills:

• Good exposure and technical knowledge on Payroll, Benefits & Absence specific Fast Formulas.
• Sound knowledge of concepts like Element Configuration, Voluntary Deductions, Retro, Arrears, Balances & Dimensions, Accruals, Work Schedules, Plan Enrollment, Benefits Coverage etc.
• Understanding of US Payroll concepts like 401k Plans, IRS limits etc. & will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM table structure & BIP.
• Experience on Extracts, HDL & PBL fast formulas is preferred.
• Good knowledge of commonly used formulas types of any implementation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Ability to lead junior team members in the technical track.
• Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.E. or B.Tech.) is preferred.
• Must have done at least 2 Oracle HCM implementations with focus on fast formulas development.
• Oracle Certification on Global HR/Payroll/Benefits preferred.

Seniority Level:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 3 years of relevant experience in oracle cloud.
