Our technology services client is seeking multiple Oracle HCM Core HR & Payroll to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Role: Oracle HCM Core HR & Payroll

Experience: 5- 10 Years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: Oracle HCM, Payroll Flows, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, ADP Integration, Testing, Debugging

Job Description:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
  • Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting tools.
  • Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
  • Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments, & parallel payroll support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
