Oracle HCM - COE Lead

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Senior leader responsible for driving the HCM Center of Excellence CoE
• The role involves providing strategic advisory to enterprise clients and shaping growth innovation and delivery excellence across large scale Oracle HCM Cloud engagements

Technical Requirements:

• 18 years in HCM domain with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Proven experience in leading CoEs large transformation programs and advisory engagements
• Strong track record in pre sales client engagement and practice growth
• Deep understanding of HR processes digital HR transformation and emerging trends AI in HR experience platforms workforce analytics
