Strong experience across major Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Good understanding of global and local HR compliance, payroll processes, and security frameworks
Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and integration mapping
Experience in Oracle HCM integration patterns and reporting frameworks
Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions
