Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Compensation
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Grade & Grade Rate structures
- Support implementation of 4D pay range structures:
- LDG
- Job Family
- Job Function
- Grade
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and pay transparency initiatives.
- Participate in requirement gathering, CRPs, testing, and user workshops.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Technical Responsibilities
- Configure and support:
- DFF/EFF
- Fast Formula
- BI Publisher / OTBI reports
- HDL/HSDL data loads
- Approval workflows
- Support ORC customization for:
- Automated salary fetching
- Job-based requisition logic
- Background concatenation rules
- Assist in integration and data migration activities.
- Perform unit testing, SIT support, and defect resolution.
