Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant2

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including:
    • Core HR
    • Compensation
    • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
    • Grade & Grade Rate structures
  • Support implementation of 4D pay range structures:
    • LDG
    • Job Family
    • Job Function
    • Grade
  • Assist in compensation benchmarking and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, CRPs, testing, and user workshops.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Technical Responsibilities

  • Configure and support:
    • DFF/EFF
    • Fast Formula
    • BI Publisher / OTBI reports
    • HDL/HSDL data loads
    • Approval workflows
  • Support ORC customization for:
    • Automated salary fetching
    • Job-based requisition logic
    • Background concatenation rules
  • Assist in integration and data migration activities.
  • Perform unit testing, SIT support, and defect resolution.

  • HR business process understanding

Technical Skills

  • Fast Formula
  • HDL/HSDL
  • BI Publisher / OTBI
  • DFF/EFF configuration
  • Oracle HCM Extracts
  • Basic API/integration understanding
  • SQL knowledge preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in global compensation or pay transparency projects.
  • Exposure to Redwood UI and Oracle HCM latest features.
  • Experience working with market compensation data and reporting.
  • Understanding of HR compliance and audit reporting.
