Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 47 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in at least 23 Oracle HCM Cloud modules and demonstrate strong ownership of solution delivery. This role is suited for professionals with a solid background in both functional configurations and technical components like HDL, BIP, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project delivery across multiple HCM modules with both technical and functional ownership

Work closely with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions

Configure HCM modules, develop data loads (HDL), reports (BIP/OTBI), and integrations (HCM Extracts)

Handle complex use cases in Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll using Fast Formulas and technical components

Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high system reliability and user satisfaction

Conduct demos, document functional/technical designs, and support user training and adoption activities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help standardize configurations across modules

Design and deliver OIC-based integrations for HCM workstreams, including error handling, monitoring, and coordination with integration teams

Required Skills & Knowledge

Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

Expert-level knowledge in at least 23 modules: Core HR | Payroll | Compensation | Talent Management | Absence Management | Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) | Benefits | Recruiting (ORC)

Strong technical proficiency in: HCM Data Loader (HDL) & HCM Extracts | BI Publisher (BIP) Reports & OTBI | Fast Formulas (Payroll, Eligibility, Absence) | BPM Workflow / Approval Rules | Page Composer & UI Personalization (Redwood / VBS) | REST APIs & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
