Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, HDL, and OTBI, along with strong technical skills in Visual Builder, JavaScript, and SQL/PLSQL. The role will focus on developing and supporting extensions, integrations, and reports within HCM Cloud, while collaborating with functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions for global clients.The candidate should be capable of supporting both end-to-end implementations and ongoing production support for multiple customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy technical components in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI.

Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and SFTP automation.

Develop custom integrations, reports, personalizations, and Fast Formulas in HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting).

Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.

Debug and resolve technical issues related to data loads, interfaces, and reports.

Perform unit testing, participate in system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Document technical specifications, solution designs, and support artifacts.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and compliance requirements.

Support production deployments and provide post-production hypercare.

Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Participate in design workshops, proof of concepts, and technical solution reviews.

Support NetSuite implementations, data migrations, and system enhancements.

Provide technical support during SIT, UAT, and production rollouts.

Prepare detailed technical documentation, including solution design, coding standards, and deployment procedures.

Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills-Required

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

6+ years of hands-on development experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).

Strong expertise in:

* HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI

* Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)

* Strong understanding of Data Migration/Conversion using HDL and HSDL.

* Experience building integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and SOAP services

* Experience building defaulting and validation rules using Visual Builder expressions and Java Script.

Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving technical issues.

Solid understanding of HCM data model and security framework.

At least 3 end to end implementation engagements in Oracle HCM Cloud

Fluent in English, with written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with global clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills - Preferred (Good to have)

Preferred (Good to have):

Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (e.g., Global Human Resources, Payroll, or OIC).

Experience with ERP integrations (Finance/SCM) in Oracle Cloud.

Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and DevOps practices.

Exposure to US and Canada Payroll localization and compliance would be a plus.
