Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist. The Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist will oversee the implementation and management of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, collaborate with clients to customize applications based on business needs, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Daily tasks include analyzing business processes, providing consultation services, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end users. This role requires a proactive approach to anticipate client needs and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle HCM Cloud suite across all modules
• Expertise in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes within enterprise systems
• Proficiency in system Integration and troubleshooting technical challenges
• Demonstrated Consulting skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
