Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the end-to-end architecture for Oracle HCM Compensation and ORC solutions.
- Design scalable 4D compensation structures using:
- Legislative Data Group (LDG)
- Job Family
- Job Function
- Grade structures
- Define Oracle best-practice-based architecture aligned with Redwood UI
compatibility.
- Evaluate alternative technical approaches and provide recommendations.
Oracle HCM & Compensation
- Configure and guide implementation of:
- Grade structures
- Grade Rates
- Compensation frameworks
- Internal pay composites
- Market benchmarking integrations
- Ensure alignment with EU Pay Transparency and compensation compliance
Requirements.
- Support automated midpoint calculation and compensation logic implementation.
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Architect ORC customizations for:
- Automated salary range fetching
- Job DFF logic
- Dynamic requisition population
- Background concatenation rules
- Ensure seamless user experience and process automation.
Integration & Automation
- Define cross-module integration strategy across:
- Core HR
- Compensation
- Recruiting
- Collaborate with technical teams on:
- HDL/HSDL
- BI Reports
- Fast Formulas
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Data migration and conversion
- Drive automation and data integrity initiatives.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct customer workshops, CRPs, and architecture discussions.
- Work with customer leadership teams to:
- Qualify requirements
- Finalize solution approaches
- Manage risks and dependencies
- Provide architecture governance during implementation and hypercare phases.
