Oracle HCM Cloud Security Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud security roles and responsibilities.
• Design, create, and modify data security policies, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• Manage user roles and associated privileges in alignment with business requirements.
• Apply EL expressions for implementing and enhancing security configurations.
• Assess the impact of new features, patches, and upgrades on existing security configurations and customizations.
• Conduct SIT and UAT testing in non-production environments to ensure smooth transitions during upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant implementations.
