We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to deliver end-to-end implementations and work closely with business stakeholders on time and attendance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM OTL implementations, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Configure and support time entry, time cards, time processing, time categories, time calculation rules, and approval workflows
• Translate time and attendance requirements into Oracle HCM solutions
• Perform functional testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve issues
• Support integrations and dependencies between OTL and related HCM modules
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user-support materials
