Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced
Application Architect Oracle Cloud Applications with deep expertise in
Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in
HCM Extracts and
Fast Formulas, with the ability to design and architect complex integration solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Define and implement integration strategies, data flow frameworks, and middleware architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration between HCM and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with standards.
- Guide development teams on complex formula logic and data extraction strategies.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and integration design specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 10+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Mandatory Expertise:
- Deep hands-on experience with HCM Extracts.
- Advanced proficiency in Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, or Compensation).
- Strong background in HCM Cloud Integrations and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Proven experience in integration architecture and solution design within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, HDL, and FBL.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
Good To Have
- Exposure to Oracle BI Publisher, Payroll Integrations, and Core HR data models.
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or scripting (Shell/Python).
- Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices within HCM systems.
