Us payroll

Should have overall 8 + years of experience on HCM and a minimum 6 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion Us payroll projects.

Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion HCM implementation/rollout projects.

Responsible to lead the overall solution from Oracle Fusion HCM functional perspective for complex projects.

Should have good business, subject and consulting experience on Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Ability to lead design sessions with clients.

Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience, and should be able to troubleshoot and provide solutions for user issues.

Excellent Communication Skills Mandatory.
