Us payroll

·        Should have overall 8 + years of experience on HCM and a minimum 6 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion Us payroll projects.

·        Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion HCM implementation/rollout projects.

·        Responsible to lead the overall solution from Oracle Fusion HCM functional perspective for complex projects.

·        Should have good business, subject and consulting experience on Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

·        Ability to lead design sessions with clients.

·        Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

·        Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience, and should be able to troubleshoot and provide solutions for user issues.

·        Excellent Communication Skills Mandatory.
