Hiring: Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Lead (GenAI Focus) | PAN India

We're looking for a senior Oracle HCM professional (1116yrs exp.) with an AI-first mindset to drive next-gen enterprise transformations.

Role: Custom Software Engineer / Delivery Lead

Location: PAN India

Experience: 11+ Years

Must Have:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR (Strong hands-on)
  • Experience in large-scale implementations / transformations
  • Delivery recovery & governance expertise

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI (LLMs, NLP, automation)
  • Agile / SAFe delivery experience

What You'll Do:

  • Lead AI-driven Oracle HCM transformations
  • Drive project recovery, governance & stakeholder management
  • Deliver enterprise-grade solutions with GenAI integration
