Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant with strong functional and techno-functional expertise in the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) / Trade Agreements module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle GTM solutions to streamline trade compliance processes, enable preferential duty programs, and optimize global trade operations.
The consultant will collaborate closely with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure accurate Rules of Origin (ROO) qualification, certificate management, customs compliance, and realized duty savings across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle GTM solutions focusing on FTA / Trade Agreements modules
- Implement and manage Rules of Origin (ROO) qualification processes
- Support preferential duty programs and trade optimization initiatives
- Perform BOM-based qualification and cost/value rollups
- Configure certificate management and customs documentation workflows
- Work on country of origin determination and HS classification processes
- Integrate Oracle GTM with ERP, SCM, Procurement, and Manufacturing systems
- Support trade compliance audits and regulatory requirements
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and production support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and support UAT activities
- Support data migration, interfaces, and third-party trade content integrations
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in Oracle GTM (Cloud or On-Prem)
- Strong hands-on experience with FTA / Trade Agreements module
- Deep understanding of:
- Free Trade Agreements (FTA)
- Rules of Origin (ROO)
- Preferential Duty Programs
- Experience with BOM-based qualification and regional value calculations
- Strong knowledge of global trade compliance concepts
- Experience working with multi-country supply chain environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
