Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion WMS Functional Consultant with strong hands-on implementation expertise in Oracle Warehouse Management and Oracle Cloud Inventory integration.

The ideal candidate will have successfully contributed to multiple Oracle WMS implementation projects, possess a strong understanding of warehouse management processes, and be capable of translating business requirements into effective functional solutions.

Candidates with hands-on Oracle WMS implementation experience across at least 3 implementation projects are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion WMS according to business requirements.
Integrate Oracle WMS with Oracle Cloud Inventory using prebuilt integration recipes and APIs.
Perform functional field mapping between Oracle WMS and Oracle Cloud Inventory.
Work with Item Master, Supplier Master, Purchase Orders (PO), Advance Shipment Notices (ASN), Receiving, and Cycle Counting.
Collaborate with Oracle ERP teams to conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate end-to-end data flow.
Prepare and execute functional test scripts and resolve integration defects.
Gather business requirements and recommend appropriate functional solutions.
Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and ensure data integrity and system performance.
Provide end-user training and ongoing application support.
Maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and the Configuration Workbook.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS.
Experience in at least 3 Oracle WMS implementation projects.
Practical implementation experience covering functional configuration, testing, integration, and go-live activities.
Experience integrating Oracle WMS with Oracle Cloud Inventory.
Knowledge of prebuilt APIs, integration recipes, and functional field mapping.
Experience with SIT, test scenario preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
Strong understanding of warehouse management and inventory processes.

Required Qualifications

5–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle WMS functional consulting.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Important Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have worked on Oracle WMS implementation projects.
At least 3 implementation projects are required.
Support-only or maintenance-only profiles without implementation experience will not be considered.
Candidates must be available to join within 30 days.
Candidates must be comfortable with a contract position and the specified work arrangement.
