Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Consultant Oracle VBCS with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and integrating them with Oracle Fusion and third-party systems.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience across Oracle Core/EBS/Fusion technologies
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion
- Strong/Expert-level experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Good implementation-level experience with Data Upload using HDL and FBDI
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
- Working knowledge of Oracle APEX and Oracle ADF
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with external/third-party systems
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2 / Gen3)
- Ability to design and build reports to be consumed by integrations
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Security concepts
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance applications using Oracle VBCS to support Oracle Fusion implementations
- Build scalable UI components, business objects, and REST-based integrations
- Perform data migration and data uploads using HDL and FBDI
- Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL for backend processing and validations
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with third-party applications using OIC Gen2/Gen3
- Build and consume reports for integration and business requirements
- Work on Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for collaborative development and CI/CD
- Support development and customization using Oracle APEX and ADF where applicable
- Implement and manage security roles, privileges, and access controls
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support during implementation and post-go-live phases
- Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and adherence to Oracle standards
