Requirement: Oracle Time and Labor Functional Lead
Experience: Min 5 years in HCM Cloud
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune/Noida
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only.
Job Description:
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor modules across multiple business units/Legal Entities/ Countries.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, document process flows, and translate these into OTL solutions.
- Configure OTL components such as time entry rules, approval workflows, schedules, and accrual plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance) to ensure accurate time capture, integration, and payroll processing.
Qualification: Demonstrated experience with 3 end-to-end OTL implementations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor.
- Familiarity with global time and labor compliance requirements.
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
