Role Summary
We are hiring Mid-Level Oracle Fusion with a strong QA background to support our Partner Success team. These roles require deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules combined with hands-on manual testing experience. Candidates will be responsible for requirement analysis, utilising the tool to do configurations, migration and other activities to support across client implementations.
Key Responsibilities
– Design comprehensive functional test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and Oracle Fusion functional specs.
– Execute manual test scenarios covering functional workflows across Oracle Fusion modules.
– Perform regression, SIT and UAT testing for Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Business Process Understanding
– Analyse and understand client's business processes mapped to Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, SCM, Financials, CX) /any module
– Validate system configurations against business requirements.
– Log, prioritise, and track defects using JIRA/ALM.
– Work with functional leads and developers to reproduce, triage, and close defects.
– Prepare defect summary reports for stakeholders.
– Support client UAT cycles – prepare test scripts, onboard business users, track execution progress.
– Provide hypercare support during go-live phases.
– Prepare sign-off documentation and test completion reports.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3–5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud functional experience with at least 2 years in QA/testing role.
- Functional knowledge of at least 2 Oracle Fusion modules- is a plus
- Basic Understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration, setups, and business process flows
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in client-facing environments.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in any module.
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium) – not mandatory but a plus.
Education & Certifications
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MBA / MCA or equivalent degree.
Certifications: Oracle Fusion – any module certification is a plus
