Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead and innovate our Oracle Fusion Technical projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing AI solutions within the Oracle Fusion environment. This role is crucial for driving our company's digital transformation and enhancing our AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate AI agents and chatbots in Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on Finance, HCM, and ORC modules.
- Develop and maintain Fusion technology stack components, including Sandbox, EL Expressions, and Groovy Scripting.
- Create and customize BIP reports, HCM extracts, and HCM module fast formulas to enhance data processing and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop AI-powered solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion AI technologies and best practices, ensuring our systems are cutting-edge.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and security of AI integrations and assist in resolving any technical issues.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and provide support during system upgrades and migrations.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of our AI implementations.
- Actively participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion AI and related technologies.
- Proven expertise in building AI agents, chatbots, and out-of-box integrations in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, HCM, and ORC modules and their AI integration capabilities.
- Experience with developing and maintaining Fusion technology stack components is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with creating and customizing BIP reports, HCM extracts, and fast formulas is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex AI-related issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, staying updated with industry trends.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion AI or related technologies will be an added advantage.
