Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Time and Labor and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Fast Formulas to support business requirements and enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for Time and Labor and Absence Management
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM
• Support configuration and customization of Time and Labor and Absence modules
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of Fast Formulas
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate system behavior
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
