Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant
Strong hands-on expertise in Financials modules:

Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and data migration/conversion activities
Experience working with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for integrations, orchestration, and workflows
Strong capability in building and customizing OTBI / BI Publisher reports
Hands-on experience with REST & SOAP Web Services for integrations
Good exposure to RICE components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions)
Experience in functional setups, configurations, and end-to-end implementation/support
Strong knowledge of Compliance, Security, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in Oracle Fusion
Understanding of Audit, Internal Controls, SLA setup, and Finance compliance processes
Ability to troubleshoot issues across financial modules and provide UAT & production support
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
