The Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant designs, develops, and supports technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other middleware tools.
Build custom reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Develop extensions using Oracle Fusion technologies such as Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Perform data conversions and migrations using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle data loading tools.
Support system integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.
Participate in full project lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Support cutover planning and go-live hyper care; manage priority incidents and provide clear status updates to business stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders; present solution options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills:

610 years of experience working as an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant in Oracle ERP and/or HCM environments.
Minimum 3 full lifecycle RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions) implementation projects in Oracle Fusion.
Strong experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP / HCM SaaS and PaaS implementations as a technical developer.
Hands-on expertise in Oracle BI Publisher report development, including RTF, eText, and Excel templates.
Experience developing reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building integrations with external systems.
Strong experience in data migration and conversion using tools such as FBDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for application extensions.
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience developing interfaces, integrations, and conversion routines across Oracle Fusion modules.
Ability to provide technical troubleshooting and production support for Oracle Fusion applications.
Experience collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in technical design, solution architecture, and system customization/personalization.
Hands-on experience in testing activities, including creating and executing test plans for technical solutions.
Experience working with Oracle Workflow, interfaces, and customizations.
Demonstrated expertise in reporting, integrations, and data migration strategies in Oracle Fusion implementations.
Functional awareness of relevant Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM modules.
Experience working independently as well as collaboratively within project teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Oracle Certifications in relevant area
