Oracle Fusion Technical consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to design, develop, and enhance Oracle Fusion applications, reports, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OTBI/BIP reporting, Redwood UX customizations via VBCS, workflow and notification configurations, and OIC-based integrations, combined with a strong understanding of functional business processes and underlying data models for Finance, Procurement, and/or HCM.

Preference will be given to resource with experience of Fusion extensions/custom development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reports & Analytics

oDesign, develop, and optimize OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.

oCreate Infolets and Dashboards tailored to business needs.

User Interface Customization

oUtilize Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to modify or extend Redwood interface pages.

oDeliver user-friendly, responsive, and accessible UI enhancements.

Workflow & Notifications

oConfigure and customize seeded workflows to meet business process requirements.

oDevelop and manage custom workflows and approval hierarchies.

oCustomize seeded notifications and develop new notification templates.

Integrations

oDesign, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

oEnsure secure, reliable, and high-performing integrations with external systems.

Alerts & Automation

oCreate and manage alerts and scheduled jobs for proactive system monitoring.

Functional & Data Model Understanding

oUnderstand functional design, business flows, and process configurations for Finance, Procurement, or HCM modules.

oNavigate and analyze Oracle Fusion data models and table structures for these modules.

Collaboration & Support

oWork closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

oProvide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in:

oOTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)

oInfolet and Dashboard design

oVBCS for Redwood UI customization and extensions

oOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

oWorkflow and Notification configurations (seeded and custom)

oDeveloping alerts and scheduled jobs

Proficiency in:

oSQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSL-FO templates

oREST/SOAP web services in Fusion

oApplication Composer and Page Composer

Solid understanding of:

oFinance and Procurement Suite business processes

oRelated Fusion table structures and data models
