Title: Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Consultant

Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai

100% Work from Office (From Day 1st)

Job Details:

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Subscription Management professional to support the design, configuration, integration, testing and ongoing improvement of subscription lifecycle processes. The consultant will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate recurring revenue requirements into reliable Oracle Fusion solutions covering subscription creation, amendments, renewals, termination, pricing, billing schedules and downstream integrations.

Location requirement

The role may be aligned to Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Chennai based on project allocation. PAN India candidates may be considered, subject to final work-location requirements confirmed by Client.

Role responsibilities

Lead or support requirement workshops for subscription products, recurring and one-time charges, usage-based pricing, renewals, amendments, suspensions and terminations.
Configure Oracle Fusion Subscription Management rules, profiles, product structures, renewal templates, pricing and billing-related setups in line with approved solution designs.
Map end-to-end processes across Subscription Management and relevant Oracle Fusion modules such as Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, Product Management and Pricing, where applicable.
Design or support integrations using Oracle REST services, file-based interfaces, Oracle Integration Cloud or other approved enterprise integration patterns.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows, traceability matrices, test scenarios, user guides and deployment documentation.
Execute or coordinate unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing; analyse defects and drive them to closure.
Support data conversion and validation for customers, products, subscriptions, charges, billing schedules and related reference data.
Troubleshoot issues involving pricing, billing schedules, renewals, subscription status, interface errors, security roles and scheduled processes.
Work within change-control, release and production-support processes and communicate risks, dependencies and status clearly.
Provide knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.

Required qualifications and experience

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Subscription Management or a closely related Oracle Fusion CX or ERP subscription implementation.
Strong understanding of the subscription lifecycle, recurring billing concepts, amendments, renewals, usage or rate plans and termination scenarios.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional configuration and integration requirements.
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion security, scheduled processes, REST APIs, reporting and data migration approaches relevant to the module.
Experience creating test cases, executing end-to-end tests and supporting UAT and production issue resolution.
Clear stakeholder communication and disciplined documentation.

Preferred qualifications

Oracle Fusion implementation certification relevant to CX, Subscription Management, Order Management or Financials.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI or HDL where relevant.
Knowledge of revenue recognition, receivables, tax and order orchestration dependencies.
Experience in Agile delivery and geographically distributed teams.
