We're Hiring: Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant to own and lead the Oracle Fusion Service workstream as part of a Service-to-Maintenance implementation.

Contract Duration: 5 Months (Extendable)

Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.

Location Requirement: Must currently reside in India

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Service.
• Experience in 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Service implementations.
• Strong experience with Oracle Help Desk, Internal Service Requests, and Service Request-to-Work Order processes.
• Hands-on experience with Asset Management, Install Base, Resource Scheduling, and Mobile Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Service-to-Maintenance processes and integrations.
• Experience working with Oracle Maintenance functional teams.
• Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and solution design skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in testing, UAT, go-live support, and user training.
• Ability to recommend Oracle best practices and standard solutions.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, energy, chemicals, or other asset-intensive industries is preferred.
• Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle Maintenance Cloud certification is a plus.
• Oracle Field Service (OFS) experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Fusion Service workstream for the Service-to-Maintenance implementation.
• Own the end-to-end functional solution across Oracle Help Desk, Internal Service Requests, and Service Request-to-Maintenance Work Order processes.
• Conduct business requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional Oracle solutions.
• Design and define the overall Service solution in alignment with Oracle best practices.
• Lead functional configuration and ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Work closely with the Oracle Maintenance team to ensure seamless integration between Service and Maintenance processes.
• Define and align processes across Service, Asset Management, Install Base, Resource Scheduling, Mobile Maintenance, and Maintenance Work Management.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders and recommend standard Oracle functionality where appropriate.
• Act as the functional lead and primary point of contact for Service-related design decisions.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams on OIC, REST/SOAP, reporting, and related integration requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and support user training activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional issues.
