Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, integration, and post-go-live support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions across the organization.
The role will work closely with internal business stakeholders, IT teams, and the implementation partner to ensure successful delivery and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM processes along with hands-on technical knowledge in integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
This role requires the ability to bridge business requirements with scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while ensuring process efficiency, system stability, and seamless cross-functional integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business users and the implementation partner during Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, rollout, and support activities.
- Support implementation, configuration validation, testing, enhancement, and stabilization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Supply Planning
- Logistics / Supply Chain Operations
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Review and validate solution designs, configurations, and system setups to ensure alignment with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Support end-to-end business process mapping for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Coordinate and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party/internal applications using:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- FBDI/ADFDI
- Middleware and integration tools
- Develop and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support activities.
- Perform data migration validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution during implementation and support phases.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with implementation partner and Oracle support teams.
- Support user training, process documentation, SOP preparation, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Ensure system configurations and business processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, and IT teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations for Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Strong Techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and supply chain business processes.
- Techno-functional profile with both functional understanding and technical exposure
- Experience working on Oracle Fusion implementation projects alongside implementation partners or consulting organizations.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- BI Publisher / OTBI
- FBDI / ADFDI
- Data migration and testing activities
- Good understanding of:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Inventory and Warehouse operations
- Ability to coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, trading, or building materials industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification will be an added advantage.
